S. H. Brodie founded J. Brodie Meat Products in 1955. He spent his entire career in the meat business, and developed a better way to make breaded pork tenderloins. In 1966, the second generation provided new leadership and built a new plant in Victoria, Illinois. The new leaders refined the process; setting the benchmark other companies still seek to attain. By 1991, the company had grown significantly, and more room was needed to meet customer demand, so a plant was built in Galesburg, Illinois. In 2008, third generation family members were invited to join the team to lead the company into the future. Now in 2020, J. Brodie Meat Products welcomes the fourth generation of family. We guarantee the same quality of our products endures with each generation. You counted on Brodie's in the past, and you can count on us in the future! The same quality, attention to detail, and passion of the Founders, still exists over 65 years later. BRODIE MEATS—the company you can trust, making the best products in the industry.
